งานบัญชี — Recording, reconciliation, ledger management, and preparation of financial statements in compliance with standards.
งานงบประมาณ — Annual budget development, allocation, monitoring, and adjustment across the Foundation and schools.
งานกองทุน — Endowment and special fund administration, investment oversight, and fund distribution policies.
งานทรัพย์สิน / ลิขสิทธิ์ — Real estate management, asset registry, intellectual property, and legal protection of institutional holdings.
งานแผนแม่บทอาคารสถานที่ — Long-term facility planning, infrastructure development, capital projects, and infrastructure maintenance strategy.
